We deliver to different areas each day – please see below for which day we deliver to your area.
Delivery Days
THURSDAY – All suburbs North from Coniston/West Wollongong (2500) to Helensburgh (2508)
Orders received by 3:00 pm Tuesday
FRIDAY – ALL AREAS from Kiama/Jamberoo (2533) to Clifton (2515)
Orders received by 3:00 pm Wednesday
You can pick up your order from our warehouse at Unit 3, 16 Glastonbury Avenue, Unanderra.
FRIDAY – 7am to 12noon

Have you entered your billing details as Delivery days are determined by your postcode? Also, do you have at least $25 (minimum order for delivery) in your cart?
Yes! Simply log in to your account, click on ‘Account’ then select ‘Orders’. Your previous orders will be there and you can click to order again.
You can place an order anytime e.g. if Thursday’s orders have closed you can immediately order for the following Thursday, just select the date you need it delivered. You can also ask to be on our weekly reminder text list just message Amanda on 0425 608 664 and she will pop you on the list.
Not a problem you have 3 options;
- You can leave your own esky out and ice bricks OR
- When you order in the order notes section write “please supply a cooler box and ice brick”
- Have your order delivered to your workplace if suitable.
We have had to cease providing the scrolls due to a change in production times that the bakery couldn’t move on. We currently have the Sonoma Cinnamon Scrolls which are delish and we are sourcing a close alternative so stay tuned!
Orders need to be received by 3 pm two days prior e.g. for a Thursday delivery you need to have your order in by 3 pm the Tuesday before. Our website closes each day off at 3 pm.
Yes, delivery attracts a flat $5.50 fee, irrespective of area.
Free delivery is available when you spend over $100.
The minimum order for delivery is;
- $30 for all suburbs between Kiama/Jamberoo (2533) to Helensburgh (2508)
Please note: you will be unable to checkout until minimum orders are met.
Currently, deliveries are between 7.30 am – 3:00 pm and will be left at a predesignated spot. If you won’t be home, please ensure there is a safe location (e.g. an esky left on the porch) for our driver to place your baked goods where they’re not at risk of animals, theft or heat.
No, all orders must be prepaid via credit card through the website. Our online service is 100% cashless whether on a pickup or delivery basis.
You can pay in cash for stock items that are available to purchase on a Friday at the warehouse.
Please place your order by Wednesday, for the Friday pick-up, with a 3:00pm cut off time.
Customers collecting their orders at our Unanderra warehouse can enter via the main door. We have three parking spots directly in front of the warehouse. A staff member will be there and they will be safe distance measures are met.
You have not met the minimum order – it is $25 for all suburbs between Kiama/Jamberoo (2533) and Coalcliff to Helensburgh (2508). Please add another item or two to your cart, refresh the page and you will find you’re able to proceed.
We accept the following payment forms

- Cash (at our Warehouse on a Friday)
We don’t accept Amex due to high fees. If you are having problems with your credit card being accepted, you may need to refresh your web browser and log out and log in again due to the increase in online payments with CBA. Your details will still be there however, you will need to select the delivery date and delivery timeframe again as refreshing the browser removes this info.
Unfortunately not. Once you have paid and ordered we cannot cancel the order as it goes into production schedule (i.e. we begin to prepare your order immediately). This is due to the nature of our ‘slow food’ products – our sourdough for e.g. cold ferments for over 24 hours!
If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify us (within 24 hours ) of your concern. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves & determine the amount that can be refunded. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.
We source our products from a variety of bakeries and suppliers that enable us to offer our wide range of products, from freshly baked breads, baguettes, croissants, sourdough to cakes and pastries. All our bakeries work through the night to ensure our customers have freshly baked bread and goodies available each morning.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase, immediately notify us (within 24 hours ) of your concern. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves & determine the amount that can be refunded. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.
